Making a Purchase

If you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products, making a purchase could not be easier. You can either order the products you want in our online catalog or, if you prefer, give us a call with your order. If you have any questions about any of our products, please give us a call. Call 1-866-215-6345 or 916-929-8965. Briar Patch Smoke Shop does not sell cigarettes online.


Delivery Schedule

We will ship your order as soon as practical. We will normally ship your order within 1 business day unless there is a backorder of problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.


Backorders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you if your order will need to be delayed for more than a few days. Of course, with any back order item, we cannot make any guarantees that the item continues to be available. If any item you order has become unavailable, we will either, in our discretion, substitute and send you a substantially similar item or notify you that the particular item is no longer available.


Tax Charges

Our business is operated from California. All orders shipped within California will automatically have sales tax added at the rate of 7.75%. California excise taxes are added to the price of tobacco products shipped to California. If you are located outside of CA you will not be charged any sales or excise taxes. However, you may still be liable for the payment of these taxes.


Return Policy

We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping. Please save the box they arrived in so we can have the shipper arrange to inspect it for insurance purposes.

We will also gladly accept the return of our products within 10 days of your receipt of the products, except tobacco products, for any other reason, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever. In order to make a return to us, you should contact us via email at info@briarpatch.biz, phone 1-866-215-6345, or fax 916-929-1051, with identification of the item you purchased and wish to return and the date you purchased it, and state the reason for the return. As soon as we get the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for the item, less shipping charges. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.
