Visiting Our Website

By visiting this website and/or purchasing from us you certify that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your state and country. The legal age to purchase tobacco in our home state of California is 21 years of age or older.

Making a Purchase

If you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products, making a purchase could not be easier. You can either order the products you want in our online catalog or, if you prefer, give us a call with your order. If you have any questions about any of our products, please give us a call. Payment

Within the United States we accept Visa, Discover and American Express for payment. We do not process payments until your product is ready to ship.

Outside the US we accept payment in advance through MoneyGram or electronic funds transfer.

Shipping and Insurance

We ship via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $9.95 within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges to Alaska or Hawaii is the actual cost of shipping and insurance. Shipping for items valued over $500.00 or over five pounds total weight is the actual cost of shipping and insurance. You will be charged our shipping cost plus a $2.00 handling fee for shipping outside the United States or for express shipping within the United States.

Delivery Schedule

We will ship your order as soon as practical. We will normally ship your order within one business day unless there is a backorder, or problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.

Backorders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you if your order will need to be delayed for more than a few days. With any back order item, we cannot guarantee the item will be available or remain at the current listed price.

If any item you order has become unavailable, we will contact you to discuss product substitution or cancellation of your order.

Special Orders

We will gladly accept special orders for items either not on our website or identified as Special Order on our website. We cannot accept returns on special orders unless the item is insured (at your expense) and has been damaged in shipping. We will provide refunds once we receive the insurance payment.

Tax Charges

Our business is operated from California. All orders shipped within California will automatically have sales tax added at the rate of 8.0%. California excise taxes are included in the price of tobacco products shipped to California. If you are located outside of California, you will not be charged any sales or excise taxes. However, you may still be liable for the payment of these taxes.

Return Policy

We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping. Please save the box they arrived in so we can have the shipper arrange to inspect it for insurance purposes.

We will also gladly accept the return of our products within 10 days of your receipt, for any other reason, so long as the returned products have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever. We cannot accept return of tobacco products.

As soon as we receive the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for the item, less shipping charges. Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.

Errors and Omissions

Like anyone else, we occasionally make mistakes. We will not be responsible for typos or pricing errors on our website. We invoice manually. You will not be charged for any item until it is processed by our order department. If there is a pricing or description error on an item you order, we will notify you of the change before charging you, and shipping the order. You will have the choice of completing the order or cancelling.

We update our website several times per week. There may be a chance the product you order is out of stock. We will notify you if this happens, and give you the choice to either backorder or cancel the item. We do not charge your credit card until we confirm the products are available, and we are ready to ship.
